My Flax Egg McMuffin -- LOL!

I used the One-Minute Muffin recipe, using flaxmeal and minus the sweetener. Then I added egg, ham, and cheese. I used egg substitute and cooked it in a ring. Only thing that would have made it better would be some fried jimaca. Maybe next time.

I use these Rubbermaid containers to make flaxseed bread from the One-Minute Muffin recipe. For this particular one, I used the small one posted in the pic. Not the tiny one, but the next size up. To make a sandwich, I use the next size up, which is about the size of a piece of bread. Seems to be working.

I suppose I should have trimmed the ham for the picture. It looks a little sloppy. Ha!

I use the one minute muffin recipe for pancakes...and I add some parmesan cheese to it for "sandwich bread"!!! Yummy!!!

Made this for breakfast this morning  I used a microwave egg mcmuffin pan/bowl and just pour some in both sides!

Wal Mart  pretty sure it was around $3.50. I thought the same thing on the burger    My husband does not like the bread very think but I like it to stay together.  I microwaved and then put them in the toaster.
