I've done about 3 times a week (wish I could fit in more)

Thanks again, everyone.

And, yes, I am exercising. I walk for 30 minutes on a TreadClimber and do about 10 minutes with hand weights. My husband just bought a recumbant bike so he could exercise more without straining his back, so I've been using that too. I've never been one for exercising, but I'm really starting to get into it. I keep my TreadClimber in the washroom, so I just shut the door and listen to music. With 4 kids, it's about the only 'me time' I get.  It keeps me out of the kitchen, too. :D
