Water, water, and more water!!

Morning y'all! I just wanted to throw out there, that I have noticed my face is clearing up some since all I drink now is water! It's cleared up slowly, but it's still clearing up! I guess all those cokes with the sodium and all in it didn't help it either? 
All I can say is thank you Doug and Umpa! Y'all are the best!

Our bodies are designed to be hydrated and cleansed with H2O, I'm guilty of not drinking enough myself  :-\ I'm happy to see you're off the soda  ;)

@ Doug, yeah, FINALLY!! It took me a while! But, once I got rid of the shakes:-)and all, it wasn't worth going back to the sodas! Not worth all that! lol...Thanks again!
