I have read that the TG/HDL ratio is a very important figure when considering cholesterol readings. Below 2 is good and the ideal would be TG/HDL = 1.
With these two tests you have reduced this ratio from 2.15 to 1.06. Congratulations! Well done!

Congratulations Tony,

What an amazing journey and you did this all with 18 eggs a week, if I remember right!  You give me hope for my cholorestal to be better in a few months.

Congratulations on all of your hard work, enjoy that beer and keep up the good work! ::) ::) ::) ::) ;D

Thanks downeast!  :)

Losing the cholesterol statin drug Crestor is on my "TO LOSE" list.
My goal is to be free from it (as well as the other drugs) this Fall.

Yes it is, punkynpye! :) :) :)

I left my last prescription drug (Crestor) in the dust shortly after my post on March 11, 2011 in this thread.
I've been "drug free" and so much healthier ever since! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
