Hi guys!!

Just to let you know...I have a blog over at wordpress.com, and I'm totally geared up to OPEN the publics eyes! I'm doing a daily thing, and showing people the difference I find out on my label reading and how to read labels and what the difference is between carbs and sugars, and all that good stuff! I may be just one person doing it, but darnit, I'm going to do my best to help educate the world! lol...If ya want you can check it out!
