1 hard boiled egg
beef jerky
pork rinds

salad with ham
almonds

jello w/redi whip

1 sf toffee candy

1 glass of wine

1 1/2 pork chops (dougs recipe)
green beans (dougs recipe)

7 glasses of water
2 diet drinks
