Stephanie's meal plan

Mornings
I'm not a breakfast person, but I usually eat an orange or a piece of fruit and coffee.

Lunch
regular salad

Snacks
A couple pieces of fruit

Dinner
Usually a chicken salad or
a piece of chicken and vegetables

What kind of fruit are you eating?  Fruit has lots of carbs.  Strawberries, raspberries and blackberries are lower carb and a better choice.  Check out the carb count on what you have been eating.  I would add more protein and fibre to your meals.

I agree with ShihTzuMom1!

Protein is key to good nutrition and helps keep the metabolism perking and metabolizing FAT from fat cells.
The fiber helps digestion and flushes out the body's metabolized (rejected) fat from the digestive tract.

And don't forget.... Drink lots and lots of PLAIN WATER! ;)
What you do today is what matters!

Yeah, I probably should, I usually eat about 2 pieces of chicken and that's it. I get full! I'm tryin! ;D
