Second weigh in, down another 4 pounds!  For a total of 14 pounds lost in my first two weeks.  My wife is even trying the plan and she is down 3 pounds in her first week!

 ;) Great Job Richie!!!  I have to agree with everyone else, you will have to change your name before you know it.

Tell your wife that she has done well her first week and please remind her that men lose weight faster then women so she shouldn't get discouraged.  :D  Welcome her to the FTS lifestyle for all of us ;D
