Thanks, Tony. Yeah, I'm trying to watch sugar alcohols, which is hard because I like 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning and then maybe a soda in the afternoon. I don't know why, but I've been way more hungry than normal lately. That's not helping either.

If you are in fact feeling REAL hunger, you are not getting something your body needs.
Or, are you eating less than you were before, attempting to accelerate your
weight loss? Like skipping snacks?
If so, you may not be eating enough of the food(s) your body needs.
With my wife, when she'd have her TOM, she would be hungrier than normal.
She discovered that eating more red meat fixed that problem.
As far as the
weight loss slowing down, it's a normal part of the process for many folks (me included).
If you're following all the FTS rules, be patient with your body.
It needs time to readjust to itself (in many ways) as it shrinks.
