2 day meal Plan Momx04

Ok Doug,
here are 2 day of what I have eaten.  It is pretty much the same every day because I didn't have any cookbooks (until now) so mychoices have been limited. 

Friday: 
(Omlet)
2 eggs
one slice ham (chopped)
a sprinkle of cheddar jack shredded cheese
1 pat of butter (for pan)
4 strips Oscar Meyer precooked bacon (0 carbs - serving size 4 slices
Coffee (black/no cream/no sugar)

Snack:
one stick Mozzerella Cheese

Lunch:
4 slices deli turkey
mustard
1 small (3 net carbs) La Tortilla wrap
one stick mozzerella cheese
Diet Snapple Rapberry Iced Tea

Snack: 
1 Sugar Free Jello

1 Hard Boiled Egg

Dinner:

Cheeseburer (no bun)
Pickles
one leaf lettuce
one cup of steamed broccoli (instead of fries) no butter
2 glasses of Cabernet  (Approx. 4 oz ea)

Dessert:
Raspberry mousse (it was Delicious!  thanks for the recipe)

Water intake: 
3 bottles of water pus 3 seltzer and two diet ice tea drinks
Probaby 3 cups of coffee throughout the day as well.

Saturday
Scrambled Eggs (2 eggs)
4 srips bacon
Coffee black (2)

Lunch
Cheeseburger  (provolone) No bun
pickles
2 tblspoons of ketchup
1 tsp mustard
2 Ultras
1/2 cub Steamed Broccoi (no butter)

snack:
2 maybe 3 cheese sticks

Dinner
Chinese food!
3 Chicken wings (no sauce)
1 steak on a stick (no sauce)
One spare rib (probably had Aso sauce on it...it was red)
2 Ultras


Dessert:
Raspberry mouse not measured

one leaf lettuce

Dessert: OK

Water intake: Check the Snapple labels some contain carbs

I forgot to add on Friday I had a cobb salad.  (minus the croutons and onion), blue cheese dressing 2tbs on the side.
I also forgot the Almonds.  2 oz. 

Today:
Breakfasat at 12:00 pm (wasn't hungry till then)
2 Egg Omlette
Shredded cheddar jack cheese (just a sprinkle)
coffee (2)

3:00
Snack:  1 oz. Almonds
two cheese sticks

6:30:
5 carb wrap
Ham (2 slices) 0 carbs
Provolone Cheese (1 slice) 0 carb

later :  Mousse if its calling me! :P

SF Jello with Hood SF Whipped Cream (1)?

4 seltzer waters  (0)
1 plain water (0)
2 Snapple diet iced tea (0)
coffee (black)  too many to count (0)
