Welcome Diane... The F2S way is really a great way to get back to a healthy lifestyle..Take one day at a time and dont overwhelm yourself.. I have had my ups and downs but have remained on it. I have been losing weight and feeling much better.. I also noticed that I tend to lose inches first than lbs at times....that is good too...
I do want to suggest getting Doug/Umpa's cookbook(s) and creating menus for yourself.. Their cookbook has helped me sooooo much and I do not feel deprived....Also, remember that we all lose at different rate and as long as you are losing, that is what matters..
Last but not least, you will find so much wonderful support on the forum.. Please know that its ok to have a bad day as long as you remember that you have a goal and purpose.. We are all here and I know from experience that they are really amazing people to help you..
