HWC 0 carb sweetner                        2 carbs
I have my coffee starting at 4:15 every morning have to get my hubby to work eat when I get hungry usually between 6-8 AM.
Breakfast
2 my mistake bread                           2 carbs
3 turkey bacon strips                         0 carbs
 Lunch
Broccoli cassarole                              4 carbs

Supper
Fried chicken                                     0 carb
cauliflower   1 cup                              5 carbs

Celery,raw cauliflower and sour cream dip with ranch dry mix ? 5 carb
1 very small peice of ham                                  ? 5 carb
deviled eggs                                                     1 carb


Supper
fried pork chop
deviled eggs                                                    1 carb
strawberry cobbler 1/2 serving carbsmart             5 carb
 Tommorrow is weigh in day and inchs will be taken also ,wish me luck !!!!

 I dip it in a little egg& heavy cream then but the coating on , I use canola oil I guess you can use butter olive oil  whatever you like
