I checked my local Publix grocery store today for the Walden Farms products and Oh my goodness!!  They had ALL of it!!   They were $3.69 each, and I was like a kid in a candy shop!  ha ha  This weekend, I'm making Gary's dessert with the strawberry fruit spread!!

That's awesome. I'm going to Billings tomorrow to register my daughter for college, so I'll probably get more excited seeing a different type grocery store. Funny how I'd rather look in those than the mall.  :D

Have you tried the Peanut Spread, Alex? I'm curious how that one is.

I did not like the peanut spread, It does not taste like peanut butter.  Nor did I like Beanit Butter.  I found a locally made product of Peanut Butter that has 2 carbs per 2 tablespoons. Not sure why it's so low. I don't eat it often though.
DO OR DO NOT. THERE IS NO TRY.

Hi Alex! :)

Try mixing 1/2 and 1/2 Beanit Butter with natural (no sugar added) peanut butter.
It tastes much better than Beanit alone and has about 2.5 net carbs per 2 TBSP.

Alex we al probably have one thing that we would just rather do without  ,like  it is bread for me  at first anyway . I guess after doing low carb for years  maybe it changes .
Umpas breads (the ones that were easy & I have tried  ;D) or good but when I eat them I am thinking man it is nothing like the  real posion bread .So I would just rather not eat them .

Now I do have to say my mistake bread makes me pretty happy but  its not as good as the posion bread !!

Jo, you keep referencing your mistake bread and I see it is often on your meal plan, would you please remind me where I might find this recipe?  What is it called?

Well, I tried the WF Peanut Spread tonight. We have a friend who has a HCG clinic in town and I guess she sells most of the WF products there.

I had heard some people say the WF Peanut Spread was awful, but others loved it. It tastes a lot more like peanuts than Beanit Butter (because it's made from peanuts, not soy), but it has a pudding-like texture. I put it in the fridge and I'll have to see how much it firms up. I love PB and don't mind the Beanit Butter, but if I can get less fat/calories with WFs, then all the better. ETA -- I think I prefer Beanit more. It has a better texture, more like PB.

Also, tried the WF Alfredo Sauce tonight, which was pretty good.
