Please don't give up!!  We are all in this together.  You all are such a wonderful supportive group... I love being part of it.  ;D ;D  I gained a pound this morning but lost 1 more inch around the waist this week Woot Woot!!!!  Go figure... maybe it is just relocating  :P but I like to think that it is gone gone gone...LOL

Hi TooSweet! :)

As we lose weight, our bodies change in many ways.
Our weight is only one of them.
Often when the scale is still, we lose inches and/or metabolic changes are happening.

So NEVER let the scale effect how you feel about your new lifestyle and progress.
What you do today is what matters!

Don't stress too much over the scale!  And for the love of your sanity, DON'T weigh yourself every day!!!  I had to have my hubby hide our scale; I was weighing in every morning - up, down, same, ugh!!!  If you feel it is important to weigh yourself, do it once a week.  Same day, in the morning after your morning routine.  Use that number and it is what it is.  More importantly, how are your clothes feeling?  How are you feeling?  Do measurements; I know Tony is a big proponent of this (and I am guilty of not doing it yet lol).  But you will see differences there when you don't on the scale!  Hang in there and know we are all here with you!  And yeah, get a new scale!
