You're almost half way to your goal!

Hooray for you Alex....Im jealous!     ;D

I agree.  Our bodies will lose at their own pace.  As long as that scale is going down not up...That's fine with me too.  I tend to lose in big chunks, then not for a few weeks.  But I am not gaining.  We can do this...FTS is working!

I hear that every 10 lbs is a pant/dress size...you must be down almost 4 sizes!  Amazing!

I actually lost a shoe size...who knew?  I get to buy new shoes...(I think I might hyperventilate)   ;)

Keep on truckin' ;D

That's awesome you lost a shoe size. Mine got a half size bigger during my last pregnancy. Considering I've had 4 kids, I was surprised it only happened once. It's a good thing they went back down though because I HATE buying shoes. I've had foot surgeries and shoe shopping isn't fun for me. Very cool you get to buy new ones though! :)

Hi Theresa! :)

I'm not at all surprised.
People will lose fat on their faces and necks. But did you know that they will lose fat on their scalps too?

When we lose fat, we lose it from the tops of our heads to the tips of our toes.
What you do today is what matters!

Theresa,

I lose the same way... Big chunks and then I stall...As long as we are losing, that is all that matters.. I feel so mcuh better and not having those awful sugar cravings or just always wanting to eat is a great feeling...I remember that I would eat, get full and then within an hr, I wanted to eat again.. I dont feel like that anymore...

btw: My shoes feel big on me too...

Alex
