Ok, I couldn't resist either!!    It's Good Friday, so I am off work.....I just put these brownies in the oven!!  Should be done a little after 11am!   Can't wait to try them.  Hmm....maybe a little spoon of vanilla carbsmart ice cream on top wouldn't hurt either!!!   ;D

Ok....I made ice cream sandwiches out of all the brownies left in the pan, wrapped them in saran wrap, and put them in the freezer!  This is such an awesome idea, Umpa!  I can save them now for whenever I want a snack, I won't eat too many at once, and they won't get stale sitting in the pan.  Thanks again!!

Hi Maddysmom! :)

You can actually have these fabulous brownies around long enough for them to go stale? :-\

My wife's a chocaholic. And I must say I love the stuff too.
There's NO WAY they would go stale in this house!!! :D :D :D

Well the pan made 12 good size brownies.  My husband and daughter won't even try any of my sugar free things, so it's just ME!  I'll admit, I did eat FOUR of them the first day, and then I wasn't hungry enough for any dinner!    (....and I wonder why my weight loss slows down sometimes!  ha ha)

Hi everyone..

I made these this evening and I'm not sure I did everything right.  I followed the recipe exactally at least I thought.  They look and smell absolutely wonderful!!  Mine aren't very sweet though.  ??? ???  Maybe I shouldn't have expected them to be??  I'm not sure what I did wrong.... any ideas??  I'm sure these will be ok if I put some sugar free chocolate or frosting of some sort.  The ice cream idea sounds good or Reddi whip but I am curious are they not supposed to be sweet like a brownie?  Mine almost have a salty chocolate flavor with very little sweet.  Is the 1/2 cup of xylitol enough of a sweetener?  Or maybe I used the wrong thing...( probably is me ::))  (The Xylitol that I found looks just like sugar.)  Help!!!  LOL  I can't believe that I can eat a brownie and still lose weight..... happy dance!!!
