Baking my first batch of Beanit Cookies
« on: April 30, 2011, 07:22:28 PM »
So I must have been having a bad day when I first tried the Beanit Butter, because when I tried again this time to make the cookie dough, it tasted really good.. It was during detox time so I am thinking that may have had something to do with it.. Thank God I didnt throw it out and gave it another chance...woot woot

I can smell them baking..  SOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!!

Let them set up or they will be crumbly. I like to put them in the freezer and eat them frozen....delish  8)

lol, crumbly it was.. I let them rest and they were yummy.. On some of the them while baking, I put some of the WF raspberry spread and omg, that was awesome..   I really enjoyed them..  I think I made them too thick, but this was a learning batch..

It was so easy to make...   ;D    I need to explore and see what other baked goods I like since I found flax flour in one of the Publix...

I made the PB Cups yesterday for a friend of mine whose husband forgot her birthday. I only ate 2 before packing them up for her.  :D
