The scale has moved again!  A total of 90 pounds gone as of this morning! woo hoo!!!!  What a way to start a Monday!!  I am so thankful to the Good Lord, Doug & Umpa, and all my FTS family for supporting me this far!

Thanks so much everybody!  This morning my daughter and I got up and went to the track at 6am!  She's training for her timed run, so I just walked while she ran.  It was so nice and cool at that time this morning, and I really feel GREAT right now! ;D  I may do this again!

(Just noticed we are 1 hour ahead of the time listed on the forum....it was actually 7:13am here when I posted this.  ;))

Thanks Umpa!  I can't say it was swagger ( ha ha) , but I did notice that it WAS a whole lot easier than it was the last time I tried it!  I am going again in the morning!  ;D  It's so nice to have it done before my day even starts.  Right after we got home, my 7am alarm went off. ha ha   It was like the gatorade commercial!  ha ha

Those early morning walks are wonderful!... I just love them!
