Thanks Theresa!  I have never even posted a meal plan.    I can't say that I am always a shining example because I don't have a healthy meal plan everyday!  ha ha   Yesterday, I ate some beanit butter cookies for breakfast.  They filled me up, so I wasn't even hungry enough to eat lunch.  I snacked on a few almonds, then last night I ate green beans, a small steak, and some carbsmart ice cream for dessert.  See?  ha ha   However, this week I have done MUCH better drinking my water!  I found Wyler's light Singles to go with 0 carbs.  I use one packet of the pink lemonade to flavor a whole 32 oz of water.  It's been easy to drink 64 oz of water each day this week!    I found it at walmart for 99 cents, and there's 10 packets in the box!   Much cheaper than Crystal Light.

Sherri, my whole family is so proud of me, and that just makes me want to keep going!    As I was trying on the clothes Alex sent, one of the dresses is a long red formal evening gown.  When I put it on, my husband said, "Now that is a pretty little dress!".  That is the FIRST time I have ever heard the word "LITTLE" describing anything I've worn in years!!  ha ha  Made my day!

Now my precious Mom is so excited about my progress.  She said she had been worrying for years about my health.  However, she says I shouldn't be telling everyone how much I lose. (?)  She says that sooner or later people will be able to figure out how big I used to be.  ha ha   Sorry mom.....Love you, but I gotta tell!   When I hit 100 lbs gone, I'll be singing like a bird from the roof top!  ha ha
