LOL Sherri -- me too, actually. Fortunately, I've been really GOOD and have only eaten one for dessert each night. I probably should skip a day or two, but they're too yummy to pass up. And besides, I'm back to LOSING again, so all is good.

Just don't let me near any of the Land O' Lakes whipped cream ...  :o  :o

I'm going to hit the store Friday and make them for the weekend. I'm not sure if I'm going to make them with Soy or Flax, it depends on what's at the grocery store. Either way, I can't wait!

Girls why are was staying away from the Land O Lakes? I think there are three cans in my fridge. LOL

Hahaha!

I remember Doug saying the same thing. He kept finding himself in the fridge, squirting it right into his mouth.

And regarding Jo's comment about using a whole can on a tiny carton of Jell-O --  :D :D :D :D That's so me.

I do have some liquid left over, which is what I've been using on my brownies. I honestly can't buy the stuff anymore because I want to make it into that pudding/mousse stuff. I could eat that all day. I did!  :-\

These were SOOOOO good with a piece of Russell Stover sugar free Carmels melted on top!

This is zuiderdamm Almond Brownie Recipe that I changed a little and Tylers sugar is perfect after he eats theses an stays level . He has one in the morning for breakfast and one for dessert in the evening with a serving of carb smart ice cream .
This recipe can be doubled and cooked in a 13x9 pan . Put oven on 325 instead of 350 and cook for 25 minuites instead of 15-20 if you double recipe .

1 Stick of butter
1/2 Cup cocoa
1/2-3/4 Cup xylitol (check batter for your own sweetness )
2  eggs
1tsp  Vanilla
1 TBSP  soy flour
1/2 Cup  Now almond Flour
1/2 tsp  Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 ,Grease 9 inch pan .
Mix butter & cocoa powder then add xylitol, eggs, vanilla & heavy Cream
Beat until smooth ,add all dry ingredients .
Pour into greased pan and cook for 15-20 mins - check with toothpick inserted in center .

8  carbs for the whole recipe if your cocoa powder is 0 carbs and your almond flour is 1 carb per 1/4 cup .  They will be anywhere from .9 carbs  to 2.8 carbs per brownie depending on your ingredients and the amount of brownies you get from each pan . I hope yall enjoy them as much as he does !!!!

If you want to replace the Xylitol in this recipe with Zero, here's the conversions

24 drops FAT TO SKINNY ZERO sweetener = 1/2 cup Xylitol

36 drops FAT TO SKINNY ZERO sweetener = 3/4 cup Xylitol
