Awesome, thanks for taking the time to help make this list more complete. Before I add all those things, are you sure they are all F2S approved? For instance, isn’t iceberg lettuce a no no? I remember reading a post the other day from Doug about how it is what makes bunnies fat. :)

Might be a good question for Doug.  I am thinking that what he was saying is that most people load up on the salad thinking that it is a free food so to speak.  You still have to watch your portions.  You could easily get way to many carbs by putting to much on your plate.  This is what I found at this site: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/cgi-bin/nut_search_new.pl

One cup shredded
Bib-  1.33
Roman- 1.55
Green leaf - 1.03
Ice burg- 2.14
Red leaf- .63
Arugula- .72
Endive - 1.68

per 100g
lamb’s lettuce - 2
This one states the whole head  LOL  Escarole-17  ( at this site http://www.produceoasis.com/Items_folder/Vegetables/Escarole.html)

So yea I guess ice burg is a bit more but the idea here is always protion control.  I buy the mixed baby spring mix at the grocery and it tells me 2 cups = 2 carbs.  I always weigh my lettuce before it goes on the plate  ;)

Maybe Doug can tell us which ones we should stay away from??   In his book he just lists lettuce and gives it .5 net carbs for a 1/2 cup.  I was assuming any lettuce would be ok....LOL  I guess that is what you get for assuming  ;)

How about is Doug or Umpa what do you think??

Hi F2S-Awesome! :)

I agree... And that list is almost intimidating!
If you did miss something, you could probably do without it anyway. ;)
What you do today is what matters!

Thanks for this list! I am still learning what is okay to eat. The list is a great tool for me to take when I go shopping, so that when I am tempted, I can look at the list and say , "Nope! not on the list!"

Gotta add Chicken Vienna Sausages. I am SO addicted to those lately and they have zero carbs. :)
