Jalapeno Popper Dip
« on: May 11, 2011, 01:28:52 PM »
This is really good with pork rinds. I use the mild jalapenos. One time I accidentally bought the hot ones and while I love hot food - beware! The hot version will make you pay the next morning!

1 (4 oz) can diced jalapeno peppers
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pie dish with Pam and put dip into pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

The original recipe calls for you to put it into a sourdough bread loaf but, of course, I don't do that. This dip tastes like jalapeno poppers.

Hi sansucre! :)

That sounds very good!

I will sometimes put Tobasco Green Pepper Sauce on them.
It's not as "hot" as the regular red sauce. But has a nice flavor.
Their Chipolte flavor is good too!
What you do today is what matters!
