@Rena, I have found the fat secret website, gonna have to get serious about it! Not that I've only caved that one time, but I see your point! I will have to admit though! My jewlery little that I wear, rings, have been so tight, I couldn't even get them off to clean them! It's been years!! I tried again the other night, and they actually came off!! So proud of myself! So, must be doing something right! LoL...

I love the FatSecret app for Iphone. I work full time and it is so handy to just log on my phone.  The app has a bar scan so if there is an item I eat often (example Mama Lupe tortilla) I can scan barcode and boom all nutritional info there and I can save as a favorite.  I am sure the online version is great too!  Tracking has made me more aware of what I am eating and portion sizes. Thanks Rena for sharing.

I love the bar code scanner... I'm so lazy sometimes...just scan the bar code and everything is entered!  MAGIC!

I went to FatSecret for the first time based on these posts.  I think using it as a tracking tool will be very helpful.  I noticed that FTS was not one of the plans they already have listed.  Did those of you who use it set up your own plan.  There are several "low car/low sugar" plans listed in the member plans section.  Is there one in particular you recommend as following the FTS guidelines?  I know I could set up a plan of my own, but if one already exists...  Thanks.
