YIPPEE!!!... Half Way To My Goal Weight!!!

This morning, I past the half way mark to my goal weight.

I'm in my 40th week living the FTS way.

A this rate, I should be at my goal by Spring of 2012.
That would mean a year and a half to get there.
But what a pleasure it has been. I've haven't felt so good in many years!

But I'll tell you a little secret... If that happens great!... Or if it takes longer than I think, that's OK with me too!
I absolutely LOVE this lifestyle!!!

I've discovered that when I think about how well I eat, how good I feel, how much smaller I've become, how much healthier I am, and the fact that I will eventually reach my goal by doing what I've been doing, I'm a VERY happy camper!!!  

The secret to really enjoying this lifestyle to it's fullest is to think about how much it has blessed you up to this very moment.
That way you not only find peace with the FTS lifestyle... But happiness, as well!
