Pizza for Lunch @ 4.5 net carbs

1) SamisBakery.com Slim Trim Lavish Bread = 2 net Carbs
2) Stop & Shop “Simply Enjoy” roasted garlic tomato sauce = 1 net carb (1/4 cup)
3) Low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese = .5 net carb (1/4 cup)
4) One sliced Italian sausage = 1 net carb

Total = 4.5 net carbs

and since the sausage was pre-cooked on the grill, it was 2 minutes of prep,
and 5 minutes in the oven soooo delicious!

Ain't it great that we don't have to miss out on PIZZA with FTS? ;D ;D ;D ;D
My wife and I enjoy all kinds of pizza made on low carb tortillas, flat breads, etc..

Pre-shredded mozzarella has a little potato starch in it to keep the cheese from sticking together in the package.
If you buy your mozzarella by the block & shred it yourself, it will be cheaper per pound AND be 0 net carbs. ;)
What you do today is what matters!

I like to use pesto  or alfredo instead of red sauce too.It makes a lighter pizza . ;)
