After being on the Fat to Skinny for a while, did you have stomache cramps and pains and diareah(sp?)

You're describing what I went through during a good part of my sugar detox.

If those symptoms occur after detox, it must be something else entirely.
If they don't subside soon, see a doctor.

For me, it's sugar alcohols that do that, especially lately. Before, it used to be only when I knew I ate way too many, but now it's when I eat just a few. Xylitol & Malitol especially does it -- weird.

They don't effect me that way, so I guess I forgot all about sugar alcohols. ::)
