Off for camping ...

Not sure if I'll get online while we're there, so I just wanted to say bye. I *might* since Rick has his iPhone and it's not like we're going far or out into the boonies. (Well, not anymore than we already are!) I've got all my low-carb goodies packed, so I'm ready to go. Just waiting for this rain to stop. It's supposed to stop later this afternoon and be nice all weekend. I heard 81 for Sunday, which is only going to make the flooding in Montana even worse.

Oh, and one more thing -- I managed to squeeze myself into a pair of denim shorts I've had since the mid-90s, so I'm pretty happy about that.  Well, I have to go get the kayak racks put on the van. Time to use those biceps I didn't know I had. HA!

Have fun camping.  I love camping...even though I've only really camped ONCE.  (before we were married). Hubby took me on a camping trip.  Deep in the woods, tent, no BATHROOMS!  (need I say more?)   We were dating, I was  still trying to impress my "boyfriend"...I was horrified at the "no bathroom" thing...

Never been camping again!

But now, after 20 years of marriage...4 kids later....   I don't care where I...you know what...!!! 

We need to go camping again!

I have two pair of jeans that I have not worn since 2004.  I now fit into them.   I will wear those every single day. (of course, until they are to BIG!)

Thanks, everyone. We had a lot of fun and the weather was gorgeous. I'll try to put some pictures on my blog tomorrow. I've been fighting a cold the boys had, but right now I'm fighting against the effects of NyQuil even more. Ack! Time for bed ...

It is so cool to fit into things that we thought we never would!!!

Right now, I'm wearing a shirt that I haven't been able to wear since the early 1980s!!!
It's one of those timeless Western styles that will always be around.
