2  pound ground beef
1 packet onion soup mix or seasoning mixture (see recipe below) 16

1/4 cup heavy cream 2
8-10  ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1-2 T Dill pickle relish
Salt and pepper, to taste

Brown the hamburger with about half of the onion soup mix ,drain the fat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in the remaining soup mix or seasoning mixture and stir in the half of the cheese,  put the meat in a greased 13 x 9 cassorole . Whisk the eggs, mayonnaise, cream ,relish and a dash of pepper well; pour evenly over the meat. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
I found this on a Lindas low carb site . I dont have the link I wrote the recipe down last week sometimes .

Sounds good Jo! :)

Instead of using higher carb prepackaged onion soup mix, use this:

It's every bit as good as Lipton's and much lower in carbs!
