Question
« on: June 13, 2011, 10:34:17 AM »
So I know that for women our weight will fluctuate especially during the month's cycle but this month, its like 5 lbs.. I did notice that my feet were pretty swollen this weekend.. So can a person retain that much fluids especially during the cycle????

Alex don't even weigh in during that time. I can go up a full ten pounds in the beginning then come out loosing 3 pounds when it's over. Just stay away from the scale until it's done. No reason to worry about the water retaining, it just happens. Thankfully it does go away!

Well, I must be some kind of freakazoid because I tend to lose weight during that time. It's the weirdest thing, but I've noticed it happening more than once.

My appetite is another story -- good GOD! Look out!

Alex,
I have stopped weighing myself during that time.  I'm usually up 5 lbs.
