Not sure what we will have tonight.  After going back and reading others Meal plan I see that I should have put my net carb count!  I did have a diet root beer today too.  I never diet drinks but for some reason the root beer is like having a treat.

Jan way to go- I see your tracker moved again!  I am hoping I am just having a plateau and body is adjusting.

Joagain, pizza looks great. I posted somewhere out here a minute ago that I made your cornbread tonight, it is great  :)

SherriPie I only fix simple things.  It is just husband and I to fix for, daughters are married.  He is happy with almost any of the foods other than the mashed cauliflower potatoes.  He has made it clear those are not be put on his plate  ::)

It looks great, Amber. I too, love to keep things simple.

But dang, Jo -- now I want sausage pizza! What's the carb count on lavish bread and where do you find that one? Is that the one everyone's getting at Walmart?

Yes Rena that is the one they but it the deli and by the bread . Not every walmart has it though . Nettrition has it though for the same price if ypu cant find it .  that pic is half of one and it was 4 carbs .
They make great crackers to or like nacho chips I rub alittle oil on both sides little salt and but them in the oven I/1 = 4 carbs

Thanks, Jo. I'm going up to town tonight, so I'll look for it. Normally, I use La Tortilla Factory ones and those are 3 or 6 carbs depending on size. I only had the Flatout bread lately and that's 6, which is high, but do-able.
