Umpa can you put the before & after pic thing on the front page where the new peeps will see Before & after Pics and click on it  ;D. Like where the dinner menus & ask Umpa is

Oh Really??? They are before,after and during pics.You can't see the difference because you see yourself everyday!Just the pics on your profile I can see the changes.I am very proud of you! I won't steal your pics but i hope you will post your pics.If it makes you feel better put under them During or under construction!! :D

Thanks Jeannie . Oh I am proud of what I have accomplished , I have never stuck  to anything this long when it was just for me . I owe it to the support of this forum I do know that ! I just have always had a poor body image of myself , I am getting better everyday I owe that to FTS also .  ;D And Yes Umpa is the BOMB !!

We've spent years and years perfecting our "bad" body images.
It will take time to change them... But they WILL change! :)
