I meant to say chop suey, NOT chow mein!
Chow mein is loaded with carby noodles.

One 14oz can of La Choy Chop Suey has about 7 net grams.
Each can is good for two (or 3 small) servings.

I've seen store brands with about 5 for the whole can.
As always, be sure to check the labels carefully. ;)

At Walmart, I bought a can of La Choy bean sprouts (6 net carbs enrire 14 oz can) and will come up with an oriental dish.
