Chicken and cream cheese wrap

I ate this for dinner, but it fits here, too.

I baked a couple chickens and we all cut off what we wanted and ate it various ways. My youngest son dipped his portion of chicken in barbecue sauce, while my husband poured hot sauce over his. I, on the other hand, wanted something more!

I cut up some chicken, added whipped cream cheese, dabbed some hot sauce in it and reheated it all together in the microwave. Then, I spooned this mixture into a low carb wrap, added fresh spinach and enjoyed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds yummy!... I'll have to try this! ;)

I imagine it would also be good with a lettuce medley.

Sounds great!

I haven't had cream cheese in a long time. I don't even know what the carb count is on that, so I guess I should check. I love cream cheese.

Hi Rena! :)

Cream cheese is about 1 net gram of carbs per ounce.
I have it most mornings with Beanit Butter on a GG cracker that I eat right before taking my vitamins and meds.

I understand many vitamins (especially the Bs) need a bit of fat otherwise they will flush through the system.
