ROFL! I made a Peanut Butter vanilla cake today.  I just adjusted the choco raspberry recipe a bit. It was so good I felt guilty eating it. I didnt take pics though cause well I forgot and honestly it's so much trouble.......No fingers in the cake. I only burned myself twice w00t!

What temperature do you cook it?  The Raspberry doesn't have an amount either..how much?  Trying to make it for my husband who just got out of the hospital today after a week from a tooth extraction gone very bad....major infection that almost killed him. So we are celebrating his homecoming with this cake...actually I'm going to make it into cupcakes for more measured portions. ;)

A quick response would be very helpful if anyone is on. lol :D

Not a bad little cake, however, it's not quite as chocolaty and moist as I would like. Hmmmm maybe a little butter and oil next time but I'm not sure how much.

The frosting was great!  I could sit and just eat the frosting. lol

Have you tried the chocolate brownies that I posted? They are pretty moist and very rich.

I kept the chocolate low cause I didnt want to add to many carbs. The beanit butter icing is better if you ask me.

You could maybe add a little heavy cream to the batter....Im not sure how to fix that. I never tried. It's definitely moisture if you leave the chocolate out and make it a vanilla cake.

Usually if a cake is too dry its because the baking time was too long, over baked ;)

well I just bake til it's done in the middle which is about 19-20 minutes in my oven. I dont think it's dry just denser than a regular cake
