Sushi question

Just curious -- is sushi loaded with carbs if you eat it without the rice? How is the best way to figure this out?

Hi Rena! :)

Rice is the #1 carb culprit in sushi.
Also, some sauces, served on the side, can be LOADED with sugar.

Looking at this menu, the ingredients listed appear to be "highlight" ingredients.
Without asking, there is no way of knowing if there is added flours, sugars, or other hidden carb sources.
What you do today is what matters!
