Here's a cool way to have your eggs on the 4th

Flag Eggs
Ingredients
4 egg whites
7 drops red food coloring and 7 drops blue
6 blackberries
6 raspberries
plain non stick cooking spray
2 strips bacon
Directions
1- cook the bacon and set aside
2- beat each egg white lightly in separate bowls. Leave 2 plain and color the other 2 with the food coloring
3- over low heat in a small skillet lightly coated with plain non stick spray cook each egg white as if you were cooking a crepe' They do not need to be flipped, simply pour in the egg and cover.
4- roll out each egg white when the top firms up and set on your plate as directed by the photo below.
5- Decorate the "star" side of the flag with the berries.
TIP- You can make this a heartier dish by stuffing the crepes' with a berry cream cheese mixture
