Thanks for the quick response Doug!!  This will also be my first taste of Shiritake noodles.  Your video looked so good that it has me ready to try them, also looking forward to the chicken parm!!

I was a little skeptical, but I loved the angel hair shiritake noodles.  The chicken parm also turned out great!
