It's really not about calories, it's about our actual "need" for food. Donna, if you find yourself satisfied with the quantity of food you're now eating then it's obvious your prior portions were too large.....are you finding yourself hungry? If not, point made
I want to chime in on the 130 pound goal and the fasting day. I believe 130 for your height is too low and I think fasting is a mistake. Instead of a fasting day I suggest an ultra low carb day. , here's a suggested ultra low carb day menu; 4 net carbs for the day.
Break- 2 eggs, small minute steak or burger, slice of cheddar cheese (2 net carbs)
Lunch- 1 1/2 cups stir fried Bok Choy in butter (1 net carbs)
Dinner- Grilled chicken breast with a wedge of ice burg lettuce (1 net carb)
Snacks if required- cheese cut from blocks to avoid potato starch
