As cars go, I've never been a big fan of Fords. Pintos come to mind.
But I like the classic Mustangs especially the convertibles like yours!... That's a nice machine! :) :) :)

When Paul and I are married 25 years...I'm takin' him to Vegas to get married by Elvis...That would be a hoot!  OMG... That is what we are doing... Getting married by Elvis ~ in Vegas ~ with Michael Jackson Music! 

5 more years...

And...what happens in Vegas, apparently stays in Vegas!  ;)

Sorry, didn't mean to offend anyone....was just trying to chat a little and get to know the folks.   Now I can see why there are so many members that NEVER post, just lurk.


I have Doug and Umpa FTS book, I am losing the weight by following the plan.  I can do this without the forum chat.  Thanks Doug and Umpa..will enjoy the videos and recipes.  Thanks TooSweet (Shawn, love ya bunches) for putting me on to the FTS plan.

This way of life is tough!  Did better this week than last, and will be better next week.  I think I am over thinking this thing.  I try to focus on the protein and the sugar, and the carbs, and the....  Yikes!! :D  Next week, focus will be on protein.  Did make the switch to powdered creamer (can't do without it), and I think that helped.

Hi NSands! :)

FTS is far easier and more natural than any other weight loss program I've ever tried or known.
I agree that you may be "overthinking" it.

Basically, FTS comes down to three things: (1) Eat no more than 20 net carbs a day, (2) eat only when you're TRULY hungry, and (3) don't eat more than your body needs for fuel.

So just relax and roll with it. ;)

I just love how our disussions can go from one thing to the other!  I did  not mean to hurt anyone's feelings...sorry if you thought I did.

Please don't lurk...everyone here is wonderful and very supportive.
I find that the written word doesn't have the emotion attached and can be misconstrued or misunderstood.  My apologies if you were offended. 

But, Umpa...in 5 years I am still takin' Paul to Vegas to get married by Elvis with Michael Jackson music...(and my son is practicing the moonwalk!)   ;)  (imagine...me fitting back into my wedding dress by then...20lbs to go!)
