Nutritional value
« on: July 19, 2011, 08:07:42 PM »
So.. after talking to you today. If I were to submit a receipe to you to convert...could you also convert the nutritional value? I wish I knew how to do that! Anybody know how?
Can someone explain why some of us repel so long when the answer is right in front of us? Oh well, at least we finally get it!

I use this website ...

http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp

MOST of the time all the ingredients are listed, but sometimes something isn't. I also use FatSecret, which has a lot of nutritional information on it.
