There's this show called Cook Yourself Thin that comes on Lifetime and I'm just watching how these skinny ladies cook all this food which they say is low in calories and fat but the food is loaded with High Carbs and Sugar. It just really frustrates me when Thin people who never struggled with their weight try to tell others who have a weight problem how they should
lose weight. I Really Hate it. It gets under my skin so much you just don't know.These were the kind of people I would listen to before I heard of Doug to try to lose the pounds but it always failed.
I went to the doctor the other day and my doctor noticed I lose alot weight since my last visit 6 months ago. So I lied to her and told her I was on a plateau and couldn't lose anymore weight, just to see what she would recommend for me to breakthough(Mind you I'm losing about 5 to 6 pounds a week on average). As usual the skinny Doctor recommended a low fat, low calorie diet full of fruit, starchy vegetables, high carb meals like Oatmeal, Cream of wheat and whole grain pasta and cereal.You know the foods that made me fat in the first place and she knows I have a family history of diabetes. I'm serious getting a new doctor. I'm done with her! If I had eaten her diet and meal plan I would gain all my weight back and then some This situation has made me mad for the last two days and I had to tell someone! I'm just in a bad mood!!(End of Rant)
