You sound like me! I too did WW and lost about 25lbs. The problem was that there was a lot of hidden sugar in the WW and other programs I tried and after the first 25 I got stuck. I cannot believe how many carbs you eat on that program.
I would reach about 25lbs and would stall. Then I just gained it all back with a few extras to boot.
I started FTS in February, 2011 and lost about 21-25lbs so far. (I say 21-25 because I seem to be losing the same 5...my biggest problem is portion control. If I can have chicken... sometimes I have A LOT of chicken.
I have avoided having my picture taken, attending social events, and meeting new people when we moved to our new town 3 years ago. My body does not match my soul. I am young and energetic and outgoing and exciting...my body just told a different story.
This lifestyle has worked for me. I have dropped some weight, even though I have so much more to go, I feel great! I have more energy than I ever had and I have four active kids... I need all the energy I can get. I have stopped reaching for coffee (no more than 2 cups per day...down from about 5-6). I know it is because I have more engery and just don't feel like I need it to keep going throughout the day! I am loving that I no longer shop in the Plus Size section and that I can run 2 miles without stopping! These are huge milestones for me!
I hear the P90X is a great, intense workout. You should start melting any time soon staying the course with the food and that exercise plan.

It took me a long time to put this weight on. I am happy that it came off quickly in the beginning, I now have to stay the course, get over the hurdles and keep going. I know this program works!
