That can be an issue for some people. Either they're too lazy to deal with preparing their own foods, or they simply don't have/make the time to do it.

I guess it just comes down to a matter of wanting to stay overweight ... or not.

I guess it just comes down to a matter of wanting to stay overweight ... or not.

My friend is heavier than I am but her excuse for being overweight is "everytime I diet I get sick so I am forced to live with my weight, cause I am sick enough already"   DUH.  I have seen her put as many as 3 tablespoons of creamer in an 8 oz cup of cofee.  All that sugar and carbs CAN make you sick, but maybe when she sees my results she might ask, but until then I just bite my tongue.
