Tropical Shake
« on: August 07, 2011, 04:30:46 PM »
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (1 carb)
1 to 2 tablespoons Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip
banana extract
pineapple extract
crushed ice (I fill up a tumbler)

Mix everything in a blender until smooth. Note: I used 1/4 teaspoon banana extract and less than 1/8 teaspoon pineapple extract (mine is really strong). I also used crushed ice rather than ice cubes, but those would work well, too.

I'm half-tempted to try this with a little bit of rum sometime!  :D

Thanks Rena!  I'll have to try this one too!  After making the caramel shake yesterday, I didn't even get hungry enough to have dinner.  It made a huge tumbler full!  This one sounds even better!   :D
