So proud of my honey bunny
« on: August 11, 2011, 03:46:59 PM »
I get up early and make him his F2S breakfast and lunch and he is doing so well.. One day we went out to eat since we were getting our tires fixed and he got a dessert and I promised that I wouldnt nag, well Im glad I didnt.. He felt like crap the next day and told me that he felt the difference drastically from all the days he was on F2S and the one day he strayed..  YAY!!!!!  Im proud of him.. one day at a time...

That's so awesome!  So glad he could feel the difference...that's what will keep him strong and on FTS.  You get use to feeling great then when you don't you know why. lol
Peace and blessings,

Hooray for your hubby, Alex! :) :) :)
He should have a much easier time not straying from FTS.

I think most folks need to feel that "day after crappy" feeling to really appreciate what FTS is doing for them!
What you do today is what matters!

yes they do.. Im so happy for him because everyday I see him making better choices.. little by little... I dont have him at 20 carbs yet but trust me, he is probably gone from over 150 to maybe 35 to 40... He was telling me this morning that he didnt feel his work pants as tight and how the heat doesnt bother him as much and he hasnt lost but maybe a 2 to 3 lbs...  ...

Also, I was being silly and singing this cute country song and he just started blushing  :-[ like in a cute flirty way and he says, Honey you are really looking good...AWWWWW, felt like a school girl being told by her school crush... I love him so...AWWWW pitter patter..

Umpa, he is the most wonderful person I have ever met.. I have never experienced love the way I have with him. I hope that my cloud 9 last for eternity because this would be a very bad fall... 7 yr together and still in love... Ya'll know that nothing is perfect but when you find that one person that is n-sync with you in so many ways, its truly destiny...

ok, sorry, just feeling gitty from last night...
