Wow, not TMI at all. When I read your post I got a lump in my throat. It's been years since I went through some of those same problems. But thanks to finding my hubby (TooSweet's dad!!!) life is great. We had a few rough times in the beginning too but after being married 30 1/2 years we know each other's thoughts LOL.
Sometimes when you are feeling down and don't think things could get any worse, it seems like you are bombarded with something else. But I'm here to tell you if you are at the bottom, the only way is UPPPPP! You are on your way UP. Sounds like you have taken charge of a lot of those issues and will start to have some closure. I live by two sayings my mother always told me 1) things happen for a reason, although at the time it doesn't seem good, there is a reason in the end {car wrecked when I couldn't make the payment, no car, car totalled...sold totalled car, paid off loan and bought $300 clunker LOL} and 2) what goes around comes around. Those a..holes collectors haven't changed; hubby and I used to get calls until 10 and 11 PM when we first got married; then laws passed that they couldn't call after 9 PM LOL..."you have to send us 3 post dated checks" DUH if I don't have the money now why do you think I will have the money then; plus you will overdraft my checking account for lack of funds.....yep it goes on. One day this type of person will pay for the pain they cause others, not wishing anyone ill but "what goes around comes around".
