i know it sounds stupid, but is there sugar in sweet and low, i can not find my glasses to read the small print, anyone know, i consume so much of that stuff, thank u ,not skinny yet

Hi Skinny! Welcome to the forum! i am Umpa,Dougs wife :) If I can help you please ask.There is no sugar in sweet and low.It is sacharin an artificial sweetener. Some people get headaches from it as well as other side effects

The two natural sweetners that I like are stevia and xylitol. :)
I have a column on the homepage called ask umpa where I can convert your favorite foods to fat to skinny friendly. ;)

Hi SKINNY! :)

Many folks find that sweeteners cause plateaus.
So, if you find your weight loss stalling out (or moving too slow), sweeteners should be the first thing to remove.
What you do today is what matters!

NOT SKINNY YET, WT.LOSS IS STALLING, THANKS FOR TELLING ME,I  USE SWEET AND LOW WAY TOO MUCH, GOING TO LOSE THE SWEET AND LOW, ALONG WITH THE BANANAS WHICH I DID LOSE. THANKS GUYS, HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND,
