Well I tried Pistachio nuts for the first time in my live .
 
They were very good BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT I probably ate 2 days worth of carbs of the darn things . :o :o :o.  Oh well cant look back only forward !!!!

 On the bright side they did made me go to the bathroom  :D ;D :D ;D :D ;D. & I am not hungry . Just thought I would tell yall  !!!

Try Pumpkin Seeds, they rock. A bag only has four carbs and they give you that same crunchy fun feel. Plus you can eat THE WHOLE BAG if you need too and not have to worry. :)

I can't wait for fall.I roast the fresh seeds from the pumpkin in the oven and they smell and taste like popcorn. ;) All will be well Uber ;)

Next month, pumpkins should start showing up in the stores! :)
And I agree... Roasted pumpkin seeds do a great job replacing popcorn!
