Congratulations Amber, Renee and Jan on the pounds off!!!!! ;D ;D ;D Go girls go!
I am on day 10 today and truly amazed how great this is working, when I weighed last Sunday I had 6 off, I was putting away a 5 lb. bag of sugar
 ( not for me, I use it only to make hummingbird food ;D) I thought wow how heavy that bag of sugar was and that now that was gone from me!  I will weigh every Sunday and report in.
I am so excited it is like I want to buy every one I know that needs to loose weight Doug's book. I been telling everyone on FB how this is working and referring them to this website.

Hey KFaith....I'm on Facebook too.  You can find me as Jan Bell Strickland.  ;)  There's LOTS of us on there too.
Don't get discouraged if you don't lose some weeks.  I don't lose sometimes for a few weeks, and then I drop 3 or 4 all at once.   I just know this works, and I am patient knowing it will happen.  :)
