I would love the recipe for the peanut Butter cups Umpa from the Bakery Book.

Here are the instructions for the Butterfinger Bars

Cook syrup, sugar, and water to 310 F. Remove from heat.

Stir in warmed peanut butter (warm slightly in microwave) until well blended.
Pour into a greased (buttered) 8" X 8" pan.

Score mixture into desired size bars.

When COMPLETELY cool, dip in melted milk chocolate (use a double boiler to SLOWLY melt) and set on wax paper
until chocolate has hardened.

Butterfinger Bars
If you want it crisp in the middle use candy thermometer to get exact temperature
1 cup Beanit Butter
1/3 cup unsweetened maple syrup
½ cup xylitol
1/3 cup water
Dip
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup water
 ½ cup almond milk
¼  cup xylitol (add till you get chocolate as sweet as you like it.)
In a saucepan cook syrup, xylitol, and water to 310 F. Remove from heat.

Melt beanit butter in microwave for one minute or until it stirs easily.
Add  beanit butter to the saucepan and mix well.
Pour into a greased  8" X 8" pan.
Put pan in freezer overnight.
Cut mixture into desired size bars.I like the size of mini candybars
Make chocolate dip.Add all ingredients into a double boiler.(You want this chocolate to be thin not thick. You just want a light coating.)Add water if it gets too thick.
Put candy on a fork and drop into chocolate one at a time and place on wax paper.
Put in fridge until chocolate hardens.
*any leftover chocolate can be frozen for your next recipe

"Unsweetened" maple syrup? I've never even heard of that.

ETA -- Did you mean SF maple syrup, or is there an actual unsweetened one, like cocoa?

Yes she is the bomb but I really need to stay away from the sweets , It does seem like everyone ask for sweet conversions , I need single servings  :P

These sound delish but dangerous  ;)

Unsweetened or sugar free is fine no more than one carb per serving ;)
